Heated to the specified temperature coated in the spacer frame butyl sealant has burrs, not neat
Reason:
(1) The temperature is too high, excessive melting of the glue, properly reduce the temperature until the glue is smooth and neat, but the temperature can not be lower than the manufacturer’s recommended temperature.
(2) There are impurities in the rubber mouth, clean the rubber mouth.
Butyl sealant out of the normal but with the spacer frame bonding bad
Reason:
(1) If The spacer frame is not clean, there is dust or oil has not been washed, wipe the dust with a clean cloth, or use acetone to wipe the oil.
(2) Belt speed is too fast. Appropriate increase in temperature or lower the belt running speed can be.
(3) The spacing frame is soft, the wall is too thin, the insertion angle is too soft or irregular shape, resulting in the glue nozzle and the spacing frame gluing surface position is not right. At this time, two people need to operate, hold the spacer frame to ensure that the position of the coated surface is correct or replace the good quality of the insertion angle and spacer.
The production of good insulating glass framed for a period of time after the butyl sealant appears flowing
Reason:
(1) Use the butyl sealant with low extrusion temperature. Select the butyl sealant with a higher extrusion temperature.
(2) The secondary sealant or the sealant in contact with the secondary sealant contains components that can dissolve the butyl sealant, commonly known as incompatibility. To completely avoid this problem, in the selection of materials to carry out compatibility tests, or the use of the same manufacturer’s products.

Test method
